The musical is based in the winter of 1934 in Duluth, Minnesota, right when America was in the middle of the Great Depression.

It tells the story of the Laine family. They’re at risk of losing their guesthouse to foreclosure, and the father is desperate to find a way to save his family from homelessness.

The group of travelers staying at the guesthouse end up changing each other’s lives and filling the house with music and hope.

The show runs Tuesday, Sept. 24 through Sunday, Sept. 29 inside the Walt Disney Theater. Click here to purchase tickets.
